Game Mechanics
Customer Orders
Customers enter the restaurant and request different food orders. Each customer has a patience timer, and players must complete and serve the order before the customer becomes impatient and leaves the restaurant.
Cooking System
Players must move between cooking stations to prepare meals. This may include collecting ingredients, cooking food, and serving completed dishes to customers.
Time and Quota System
Each game day has a required sales quota that players must achieve before time runs out. Successfully serving customers increases earnings, while failed or delayed orders reduce progress.
Increasing Difficulty
As the game progresses, customer arrivals become faster and orders become more difficult to manage. Players must improve their speed, multitasking, and kitchen management skills to survive busy rush hours.
Customer Patience
Customers will wait only for a limited amount of time. Delayed service may cause customers to walk out of the restaurant, resulting in lost income and lower scores.
HRRN Scheduling Application
The game applies the Highest Response Ratio Next (HRRN) scheduling algorithm by prioritizing orders or tasks that have been waiting longer. This helps prevent starvation and ensures delayed tasks are eventually processed.
Non-Preemptive Priority Scheduling
Important game tasks such as loading interactions, displaying dialogues, or processing customer actions are handled based on priority levels. Once a high-priority task starts executing, it continues until completion before another task begins.
Score and Performance
Players earn points and money by serving customers efficiently. Faster service, accurate orders, and completing quotas lead to higher scores and better overall performance.
